Attorney Fernandez was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1954. He has been a Senior Partner with various law firms like Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. He was also a Senior Special Attorney with the Department of Justice. Currently, he continues to practice law privately and serves as Special Counsel to Tolosa, Romulo, Agabin & Flores Law Office. He also sits as a Director in various multinational companies.

Enrique F. Pelaez
Acting President

Over the last 30 years, Mr. Pelaez was involved in project financing, international investment banking, and fund management with multinational institutions both in Manila and in the United States. He was responsible for raising capital and publicly listing several companies in the Philippines. He presently sits in the board of several companies engaged in different industries.

Johann Rodney Ong
Financial Director / Business Development

Mr. Ong is a member of the Board of Directors of Phil.Management Inc. He is concurrently the Financial Director for its consultancy and advisory businesses. Previously, he was Manager for Finance, Marketing & Business Development in Chantel Corporation for several years after being part of Sykes Asia. He was also involved with Astra Securities Corporation, an active trading participant and member of Philippine Stock Exchange. He graduated BSBA Major in Export Management from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde and Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business

Elmer B. Serrano
Director / Legal Advisor

Attorney Serrano is a graduate of Ateneo Law School. He is the corporate secretary of BDO Capital & Investment Corporation and Crown Equities Inc. He also sits in the board of various Multinational companies. Currently, he is a senior partner at Martinez, Vergara, Gonzales and Serrano Law Office.

Frances Ivy K. Wong
Director

A registered Chemist, Ms. Wong graduate Cum Laude with a degree in BS Biochemistry from University of the Philippines – Manila. Over the years, she is involved in various researches in National Institute of Health.

Betty T. Chua
Operations Head

Ms. Chua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from De La Salle University. Her expertise is in Human Resource and Recruitment. Prior to joining Phil.Management Inc., she held various positions in Viventis Holdings (Asia) Pte. Ltd in Singapore. She was also connected with Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company for several years. Her international exposure includes: Philippines, United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Hoover Uy de Baron
Marketing Manager

Mr. de Baron is a New Zealand expert having lived there for around two decades. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Western Australia. He also holds a Bachelors Degree from University of Auckland in New Zealand.
